When will my cookies be shipped?
We dispatch our orders every Monday and Wednesday. Cookies are baked fresh first thing in the morning and dispatched the same day. Please note the cutoff time for Monday and Wednesday dispatch is 3pm the day before, i.e the cutoff for Monday is Sunday at 3pm.
What is your dispatch schedule?
Orders received from Wednesday afternoon until Sunday 3pm will be shipped out on Monday. Any orders received on Monday & Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursday & Fridays as it is more than likely your package will not reach you before the weekend and the last thing we want are your freshly baked cookies sitting in a postal warehouse over the weekend.
Do you provide my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been confirmed.
How long will my package take?
We ship overnight delivery so expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 day’s once your order has been confirmed.
How long will my cookies last?
Our cookies will last 2 weeks if kept unopened in their heat-sealed packaging, however they're best eaten 3 days from the day you receive them. For maximum indulgence reheat them in the microwave for 1 minute each, or place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2-4 minutes and enjoy the gooey deliciousness!
Do you make gluten free & vegan cookies?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer these at the moment, however we hope to in the future.
What is required for catering orders?
We require a minimum of two weeks for catering orders. We offer our full sized cookies and the bite sized mini (30 gram) cookies as corporate / party favours. Prices for orders will vary based on the number of people you are catering for and the amount of cookies you require. Please contact us directly and we can go through this together.
What are your refund & returns policies?
Our cookies are handmade and made to order to ensure freshness. If a cancellation request is received before your order is made & shipped we will be able to offer a refund. However due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot be responsible for how these are transported and stored once they leave our store. It is beyond our control if packages become damaged or lost during delivery and we will not accept responsibility should this occur. Any issues with the quality of your order however will be dealt with should you notify us within 24 hours of your package being delivered. If you for any reason are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please reach out to us via email.
